There were no walls for just one hour (which is barely enough for anyone not constantly monitoring the market to react) and in this brief time span the price was collapsing right until new walls were introduced.
The price was on the rise when I put the wall in at 0.01 and I think that it was well over one hour when there were no walls, anyway one hour is plenty of time to find the current lowest level I believe, TBH if I didn't put a wall in at 0.01 then I doubt it would make much difference now, the price over reacted to the news, but the walls are quite small compared to previously and don't have much of an impact on the price - they just follow it.
