Sounds like some really important infos you should mention when you sell it. It doesn't work on the site you used it on anymore, so the promised profits are very unsure, and it seems you can't run it yourself anymore because of missing coding skills. Which means the new owner needs to be able to code.

In my opionion you really only will have a chance of selling if it works and you can prove it. Maybe with a video. Otherwise buyer would buy the "pig in a poke".
