The vps that use has multiple IP (v6), can make a node of each? Even running only one client?
No.
because each node must listen on port 7774. Only one process can listen on a port.
One IP, one client, one port 7774 per node.
p.s. However if you have a powerful VPS you can try install a virtual machine and several systems into it (one ubuntu installation per IP)
