Hey! Me and my friend had the same issue. Solved by looking over internet. First, reinstall all redistributable with the one provided. Next, download this  https://mega.co.nz/#!KFZiFBzY!KaUNvpKoEOUrrpemGRa5UGjBYIm0VX-Plnjm5qJQdaw and patch the install folder in program files (or steam) it's important that you launch the game from the folder (not Steam) and in admin mode.
