• BTC0.6 for making a total of 600 posts spread over 6 accounts (100 per account)

Assuming option 1...

100 post per day, 700 post per week. Bit-x payment (for full member): BTC0.001 per post. Weekly Bit-x payment: BTC0.7

Your work: near zero. Your profit: near BTC0.1. Your risk: Losing a full member account?! You probably know how to mitigate this.

Your profitability goes up if you have senior or hero member accounts...

Note: It is still not a bad deal for those without a full member account to (indirectly) work for a signature campaign. Though in the longer term it would be much better to farm (grow) your own sig. campaign accounts if you plan to post this much.
