They are not running away. I am amazed.
Why would they run away? A-holes stole over 7000 BTC, they will reopen their exchange and people as stupid as they are, will still continue trading at their exchange.
I don't think that a lot of people will use bter.com again, only who have believed at the story of the "hacked cold wallet". However news about the withdrawal?

, that's very strange. Only a "crazy" person will use bter again as cryptocurrency exchange. This is very insane, and maybe will cause another "loss" to all the customers; however at the end it is your money and the finale choice is yours. Good luck.
Well, they this is their 2. giant loss. They managed to survive both (at least that's how it seems like right now).
Meaning they are at least trying hard. We don't know what would happen if the same would happen to Bittrex, hitbtc, Polo etc.
So while they are incompetent and a mess in public relations, they are at least honest and durable.
