The USA is alienating the rest of the world[1] and this is necessary to create the massive human crisis and distrust between nations that will force the world to accept only a "neutral" third party to manage the world's reserve currency. Note the elite in Russia and China are fully onboard the with the Global Technocracy plan (e.g. see China enacting openly in law NSA like gestapo policies) and the one-world currency enslavement plan.
