"Principal returned" mean that upon expiration you receive interest rate + deposit.
"Principal not returned" mean that upon expiration you receive interest rate only.
For example:
Your deposit is .5.
On plan "150% after 2 days" you receive deposit amount (.5) + interest rate (50%) = .75.
On plan "RISE 300%" you receive interest rate only (300%) = 1.5
