You may think thats a bad thing. For me it's the strength of this project that it has someone who can arbitrate over all the disparate views, take decisions and get things done while still taking the community with him.

This isn't a democracy - it's a market. People who don't agree with him will vote with their money.

Within a week we've had an announcement, a debate, a decision and now a plan. Give me that a million times over a community controlled mess where we're still here at christmas arguing over a logo colour.

Despite that, community probably has more influence over ED's decisions than most. The brand review agenda came from community discussion and so did the name.
