                   DASH

     Digital • Anonymous • Cash

For me, "digital" is a bad word to use. It suggests "credit" to a merchant because merchants only know 2 types of money - cash or credit. THats what they're interested in. All money is digital these days - especially on the internet, so the term "digital" is not particularly informative and even
has potentially negative connotations to a merchant.

"Anonymous" is another ambigious term to the general joe. Joe public wants to keep his stuff private for sure but I don't know if he wants to be  "anonymous". That word is something that lives in the world of cryptocurrency enthusiasts but for regular people turns some people on and others off. "Private" is universally acknowledged as being essential in finance - whether for reasons of commercial competitiveness or personal privacy.

"Cash" is brilliant. Cryptocurrency IS digital cash in the sense that it does not require a counterparty to maintain a balance and define its existence. IMO the word "cash" must be got into the slogan.

I totally disagree with the negative connotations of using "digital" but i see where you are coming from on the anonymous vs private front. If we were still called darkcoin then i would agree about moving away from anonymous. Because we are now DASH i think the anonymous is ok and restores the edge we lost in the name change. In general I like private over anonymous but anonymous works well with the name change. It can seamlessly be removed from non crypto type marketing and shorted from DASH - Digital Anonymous Cash to just DASH - Digital Cash.

Bitcoin claims to be "instant" and is if merchants are using centralized processors like coinbase and bitpay.

Right now i'm leaning away from using "private" or "instant" and just going with DASH - Digital Cash.
