What is the best way to contact support?
My payment is not being acknowledged by Bitmain even though I paid with BTC immediately after my order. Blockchain proves it.
I posted the details on here earlier but then removed them.
I just want to make sure that I am getting my S5!
The ticket system on your account works well for order related enquires, or you can go straight to
ZenDesk.
The ticket system does not work for everyone. If you are lucky enough to be able to long into your account once out of 20 tries.... and try to submit a ticket like I did... I got a message saying my account has been blocked and to contact the site owner directly. Same thing when I try to post in the Bitmain forum. I have already contacted Bitmain to review my order but I had the same thing happen to an order I placed yesterday. I placed an order and 6 minutes later sent the BTC but Bitmain account says I never did.
