He wrote that message on Thursday , his Time Zone, and yes, he did say maintenance week will end Friday. He did not say a week tomorrow or next Friday.
Conclusion: he means today, Friday, which by the way is over in 2 1/2 hours from now.

So, in 2 1/2 hours from now the website will be back up and running and since he's now had 3 months to correct the data base, al  accounts should show the balances now and not just say "pending".
