Actually 777coin does allow senior and hero members to join. Their standard rate for senior members is 0.00015 BTC per post and for hero members, it's 0.0002 BTC per post. Their standard rate for full members is 0.00012 BTC per post although some full members get paid at the 0.0004 BTC rate:

They already launched a campaign. I believe instead of paying you for posts, they give your referral link a better percentage when people join.
Also, keep an eye out for bit-x. I heard their rates are dropping soon and Dadice will be the highest payout campaign.
it is not a signature campaign.
You can use the referral anywhere you want, including your signature, and the revenue is not directly related to posts
And PD is slow, so might take some years for the campaign to launch
Stunna has talked about reopening the signature campaign for a while now. He even posted a table showing the different pay rates for each forum section a few months ago and the biggest issue back then was a bug that sometimes counted deleted posts which was supposed to have been easily fixable anyway. He posted earlier this month that he still intended to relaunch the campaign. It will probably happen someday. After all, PD3 was delayed for many months but it eventually launched.

Yeh we definitely want to give the signature campaign another shot. Just waiting on a few tools to be finished getting developed.
