0.04BTC(~$10) as compensation?! That's a bit high IMHO but if it is normal compensation for issues like this, I will pay you!
IMHO asking for 50% compensation makes this smell even more like a scam.
#1 take a loan with account as collateral
#2 default on loan
#3 buy account once it gets liquidated
#4 contest the account has beeing hacked
#5 ask for high compensation
#6 profit

I think its perfectly fine the Tlee88 account is returned to MZ and payment is returned without compensation.
If we would start the blaming game anyone could be blamed.
Tlee88 has no signed message from MZ.
MZ has no signed message or other confirmation from the OP.
OP did not properly secure the account.
If you would ask me what to do I suggest:
MZ takes the account back and returns payment.
OP pays the loan that was taken with the account as they are responsible for the accounts actions.
However this is not how the world works and you are free to find your own solution.
