The email says they are investigating, and this happened today, dont you think its a little too early to start accusing them of scamming?
Early? Investigating what? I am here to answer the phone call, supply my documentation. Do everything they need. Why there no phone number to call, nobody to email directly and no response from anybody. I just need my money back. I am honest player and this kind of treatment is disrespectful on the first place. It puts me out of sync with what I do, period.
I am so angry, it is not even funny.....
