Coin.mx - Fees are much higher then circle though. After all the fees, you're looking at over 10% easy probably closer to 15%. 7% just to deposit $ and more when you convert that $ to BTC. You also have to verify your identity so you'll need the physical credit or debit card, which shouldn't be a problem unless you're using a stolen card or something
