As for our distinctive features, it's our maker-taker fee structure, which allows traders to earn a commission fee on trading with us. The majority of exchanges, charge commission from both the buyer and the seller. Our exchange charges only the price-taker, not the price-maker. This is typically offered to so called market makers, but we offer it to regular traders. So if you act as a price-maker and provide liquidity to our exchange, you earn a fee of 0.05% from your trade.

This was the reason for me using OKCoin. After they have changed fee structure ( taking fees from both sides) I have just quited. So , for gathering new customers , it can be a good way as long as you keep it.
By the way, your taker fee 0.35 %) is a little bit higher than market average. It seems you are taking extra commission to cover maker promotion. If you really want to attract more customers you should also decrease taker fee or you should make another fee structure based on volume for takers.
And also if your program can include some automatical trade tools (buy-sell), it will be more useful.
Good luck...
