Sorry for the long time to respond. I had to wait until I talked to one of the developers to see what happened. Yes, this was a timer issue. The user in question was a little early, but the blockchain time and countdown time weren't synced perfectly. The developer opted on the side of error and set that one entry to 150%. I'll keep the heat on them until they get it nailed down perfectly.
