Some more minor revisions:

I've reworked the CSS to be slightly flatter and more modern, and shipped with two different styles - "light" (default) and "dark" (viewable on my demo) - just edit config.php.

I've also added a "Fork me on GitHub" ribbon (toggleable via config.php) - I'd really appreciate it if everyone could keep the ribbon enabled to try and boost exposure for the code
