It may happen when you you have the site opened at two tabs or browsers and you see two captchas and enter both of them.

Thanks for the reply. I got worried when it popped up for obvious reasons. Yes luckily it added the payment and I haven't seen it again since. Only one browser and I don't risk multiple accounts in sites I've invested in
