Thank you for posting the Chat Log. There is nothing bad in my requests. Yes I wanted discount but that wasn't reason I posted the remarks here. It was because you didn't show any sign of post purchase support.

Please avoid this seller .. from his statements he won't provide proper support post purchase.
There are other sellers in this forum who will provide refund or new license issue in case your license gets blocked.
Unfortunately they are not responding to messages in timely fashion.

If you are looking for proper support this seller is not the right choice.
