Obviously I made a huge mistake but I have suggested to Directbet that whilst their site is under attack and web pages not visible it might be fair to customers to suspend betting (or refund bets accordingly). Blind blockchain betting is not what directbet is about.
If and when our automated betting system is down, it is not possible to order new Direct Dice bets, but there is nothing we can do to stop you from funding existing bets by sending wagers to old bet addresses, for the obvious reason - You make the transfer from your own wallet and not from our website.
What we do in such cases is we roll the dice as soon as it is technically possible, and this is clearly stated in our rules.
We don't refund Direct Dice bets that are sent while our system is down because doing so will break the provably fairness by allowing us to selectively accept bets, and this will be extremely unfair to you, the players.
so with this , you are saying that all the bets from the down system will be in the possesion of directbet even without the site rolling the dice because if you refund them you think that it wont be provably fair?
