Or you could just use common sense. No sane online retailer, and certainly not one of the scale of Amazon would allow scraping their website (i.e. wasting their bandwidth etc) and let someone else to pocket the profit. No website boasting "millions" of products can be created from scratch in a few weeks without using some sort of automation. So the burden of proof is and always was on you, instead you choose - again - to run around looking for someone to do your job. Posting links to blogs but requiring others to quote specific excerpts and links to case law. Hypocrite.
The links I posted were all talking just about the claim I made. You linked to a long document about many other things. Do you not see the difference?
And if they are selling Amazon products, then Amazon is getting profit from this.
(Where does automation come into the picture? Or rather, why would generating the site using automation be worse than manually copying links?)

If you have anything to answer specifically in my post, e.g. proof of GAW manually (not via APIs, which is common sense) updating their catalog, or Amazon allowing (which is against common sense) GAW to use their property, maybe we can continue this.
