Telling your victims that you will commit the crime does not make it legal, just as telling a woman you're going to rape her would not make that legal either.
If you run a ponzi, you're a criminal and you should go to jail for it.
Yes, it´s not legal but there is demand for it. People want to play sometimes Ponzi.
If he simply offered that "service" with no one ripping off and clearly stating that it is what it is, a Ponzi, i have personally no problem with it.
But sooner or later most of those ponzi operators dissapear when the time is right.
The better you guess the timeframe when the whole thing blows off, the more profit.

There are LAWS against illegal gambling websites, ponzi schemes and pyramid games. It's a good thing these laws are there - and it doesn't matter if you have a problem with it or not or how much of a "skill" is involved, it's still illegal.

When it´s cleary stated that it is a ponzi upfront, which it was, it´s peoples own problem when they deposited to late and got no payout and another one got it.
BUT i have a problem investing in things like LTCGear, PBMining etc you name it, stating they are a legit cloudmining service and it turns out it WAS a Ponzi.
Then have problem with it. Sorry for my crappy english but i hope you got my point what i´m trying to say
