Dev failed to fulfill the promise about depositing a part of ICO money to C-Cex voting.
Sorry, but I'm 50% out.
Who is saying that i fail to promise about depositing a part of ICO money to C-CEX? C-CEX is still on the card, but it was not smart to deposit last week as i had to deposit 0.30 BTC to be first in the list. And 0.30 BTC is a big amount of money when ICO was only 1.48 - escrow cost.
There is no rush to get onto c-cex. We can wait a week without any issues. No need to overspend on a week where getting to be the first can be really hard.
