I sended some (bit less than 6) bitcoins from bitcoin.de to my wallet and still no confirmations  Huh

It is normal, you sent this bitcoin without a properly fee : https://blockchain.info/tx/8ab3bacb2fc7645b5abccf6ef1b8a251c60fef54164a773321974a602d62c40b  The min. recommended is 1000 satoshi/Kb. However don't worry in the next few hours (4-5 ) it will be confirmed, it is only 357 byte of weight.
so it's the fault of the exchange?  Roll Eyes anyways happy to hear it will be confirmed soon

I have never used bitcoin.de (is it a sort of exchange?) a marketplace but usually it puts "automatically" the correct fee (or the seller should put the fee?).

and i cant access the blockchain link, why did they block my ip? i didnt do anything wrong

What do you mean? Can't you access here  : https://blockchain.info/de/wallet/login

just to correct you, its not 1000satoshi/kb, the fee is 0.0001BTC/kb I.e 10000satoshi/kb.

This site will explain it to you - http://bitcoinfees.com/

I said the minimum possible fee is 1000 satoshi/Kb, It is normal that the transaction will not receive a *fast* confirmation but with 1000 satoshi it will be confirmed in less than 24 hours (every 'usage' has his quantity of fee, and everyone can put however he wants).

"Alternatively you can go for the minimum possible fee of 1000 satoshi for a transaction, but that could be slow as well, though it is still better than not to pay a transaction fee at all."

I had tested out your claim of minimum fee of 1000satoshi/kb before posting.
I created a transaction, it had a pretty decent output, had a size of some 400bytes and I had put on the fee as 1000satoshi. My transaction failed after like 48hours, that's why I don't think that 1000satoshi/kb fee is enough.
It is the minimum fee that bitcoin core requires for them to relay your transactions. If your priority is too low, you would still have to pay a higher fee.
