Did you email them kweni? Because if you use their support contact form on the website, they seem to be having issues with those mails not reaching them. Try and email them on support@fortunejack.com. They have always replied to me from there and add a cc to bugbounty@fortunejack.com because i notice that that mailbox is always manned by George who always responds when i report a bug, even if he has to tell me that the bug is fixed or if what i thought is a bug, is not a bug!
