And do I enter the server hash in there? Or client hash.

Bah
There is no such thing as a client hash. There is only a server seed, server seed hash and client seed.

So for my verifier http://dicesites.com/primedice/verifier it's:

Server seed hash = "Server Seed SHA-256 Hash"
Server seed = "Server Seed Revealed"
Client seed = "Client Seed"

All under "Previous Seed Pair" at the Provably fair tab at Primedice.

You can only verify bets from your previous session. If you see the values only at "Current Seed Pair" with a high number of "Bets Made with pair", you have to "Rerandomize" and randomize your client seed to see the previous server seed. You will then see all the values go to "Previous Seed Pair" including the "Server seed" so you can verify your bets.

Last nonce = The number of bets you made (minus one.) You could remember this from the value "Bets Made with pair" before you randomized your server seed. You can also see this if you click on the details of your last bet under: "Client Seed (nonced)". In the end of that seed it will say ....7ab264-151 or something like that, so your "Last nonce" was 151. Ideally PD could list this under "Previous Seed Pair" BTW, but currently they don't.
