I've been using it for a week now, been very pleased with the returns and features. However, the lack of communication reminds me of my zencloud/GAW experience and is extremely frustrating and dissuades me from putting serious money into the venture.

I've spoken briefly with Admin in the chat, who seems responsive, but since the site is currently down I'd like to at least get some updates via Twitter or something.
