i have a .conf which looks like this

server=1
genproclimit=0
rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
rpcport=8776

and a .bat like this

clpts_x86-64 -o localhost:8776 -u username.address:x -g 2 -a 0

and works just fine
