Most relaunches I've seen do not allow carrying over coin from the broken chain. One of the first posts in this thread explains what to do though. If you just read it. 
I read it. I PM to sp00lin9, but i don't have response, so i wrote here. Old wallet is broken so i can't transfer my coins from pool to wallet.
I pm'ed them with similar problem. I am sure they will get to all of us in good time. Recovering any at all is a boon. This is a relaunch, not a rebrand.
