I assume you are trying to cashout the free bitcoin you earned from the free hashrate you were given to sign up. In order to cashout, you need to purchase a contract (minimum now is 100GH) in order to be able to cashout the free earnings. Reason for this is to ensure that people dont just sign up for a ton of free accounts for free GH and free Bitcoins.
As fatguy88 mentioned previously just go to the side and click on "Buy Hashrate." Minimum purchase is 100GH/s. You will need to deposit bitcoin to purchase it though, which you can purchase from various exchanges.
