What I don't get is, if he offers to go through escrow, how will he get any money from his scam? Confuseeedd 
They offer escrow because it looks legit then make excuses not to use it or ignore enquiries with escrow required.
They actually hope someone just buys from them without using escrow and of course the goods never arrive because they don't exist.
