What would happen if everyone in the world used Bitcoin for one day?

http://IntBtcDay.comSeems like a positive idea, but how is everyone in the world supossed to use Bitcoin when most people in the world don't have access to proper internet.
This won't happen. Internet won't be available for everyone soon anyway. I just want to know why we would like to have bitcoin day when we don't even have something like Dollar day or Euro day anyway?
