Seems as though all the cultists decided to no longer post here. I seem to remember about 500 pages back there were many people speculating on the success of PayCoin, even making some decent points. If you jump 200 pages back you just see a few people gloating about the CoinStand invite shit and everyone else being less than impressed and since haven't seen any pro PayCoin posts.
Anyone else notice this?
If you read Hashtalk, they talk disdainfully about this whole forum, like it's a bad place to go (in case newcomers might come here for information). They also have taken to treating Bitcoin as a concept like an enemy. It's really interesting. I get sucked down the rabbit hole of reading their forum at least once a week. It's just fascinating to me how far gone these people are.
You've missed the reason for
why they act like this. Some may be deluded, but I'm willing to bet at least some of them realize they are completely fucked, and believe on some level that if they just keep going things might improve. If you bet everything on a "hashstaker" that has your money locked up for 6 months, I'm sure you would be tempted to shill for the system in a feeble attempt to keep the price up long enough for you to cash out.
Those that aren't delusional and aren't caught by this speak out against the system, and are shadow banned to shut them up with the 3 day registration time designed to frustrate people are much as possible to stop them returning. You're left with the delusional, and the acting delusional to try and mitigate their losses, aka, HashTalk.
