And while we are also looking beyond Plato's cave, trolls especially may enjoy this allegory , I would highly recommend books by Eckhart Tolle, like A New Earth & The Power of Now, imo he is both enlightened and saying it as it is, a rare occurrence ever in the history of this mad house planet.
