When BTC succeed (maybe with the help of start-up companies like 21), then VIA has a serious chance to join the 2.0 blockchain revolution, since the aim of the VIA project is a position on the 2.0 market with robuste and possibly innovative blockchain technology.

Yeah, I think I'll wait for some good news/development and wait for the price to bottom out.  The sooner this issue is over and done with, the better for Drak and via.  Drak is making a good move by not responding and just letting it die down.  He doesn't really owe anyone anything.
