Why do all the pools have 0 hashrate? How can I mine this coin? what is the current reward and when does it halve? I read that POW is over but can I still mine?

all I know is a have scrypt asics and I was gona try an mine this coin but none of the pools have any active workers, so i gues im not sure were all the miner are. Tor darpools? Blur? idk im just gona stick with doged until i figure this out
