Hard to believe a bill made it through 27 states without ever going through the banking system.  Any marked or damaged bills get pulled from circulation and sent for incineration.  

What am I saying it's impossible to believe anything those people say.

Then it's probably had cocaine snorted through it twice. Maybe even by Garza himself.
apparently they cant do an internet search to get the history of something or even to make sure its legal. not that i want to see our legal/prison system clogged with morons.
