As I said via PM previously, we will process your appeal within the next 1-2 weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please wait.
1 or 2 weeks? You never said that in you message. What you did say was that I should wait after launch,
but this is not the way this should go. I'm really disappointed in you guys, that you handle me this way.
Launch is today and I'm part of NEM just like anyone else.
You didn't react all week and now your reacting twice in 1 hour, on the day of launch, telling me that I have to be patient
and wait after launch. Sorry, but this is really not the way things should go. This should've happened before launch.
I'm willing to cooperate, so I don't understand why I should wait 1 or 2 weeks?
Oh, just stop whining. I have a similar situation. There is a reason why that stake was flagged as sockpupet. I believe you are sincere and that your boyfriends father is real person who wanted and applied for stake.
My family members are also in the same process. We are not loosing our patience nor we are trying to put NEM in bad light because there is no reason to do that.
I'm actually welcoming the decision that this issue is resolved weeks after the initial start. Why? Because it is a great way to stop potential sockpuppets for dumping on day 1.
You've got flagged unjustly? Noone was. Either you used the same IP address or sam computer or something that triggered the antisockpuppet measure. I did help my family members with that - so they got flagged.
I don't have anything to hide and it seems you are ok as well. Just be patient and don't rain on our parade when such a monumental thing is just about to happen.
If you are really what you claim to be than you are certainly not counting on that stake to dump it on the start. So what difference does a week/2 make?
It's about the way this is handled. If you can't sort out the sock's before the launch, then you should take care of the ones that are put on that list wrongly. I wasn't this disappointed in the team, if I got a reaction sooner. It's about sending me this message a day before launch, waiting for this moment more then a year.
I already pointed out to them that I understand this had to happen, but I don't support the way that it's handled after and the communication about this.
