No, the network is just updating.

This latest version has a bump in the protocol, so the counts will be off until everybody updates.


I've relied on https://dashninja.pl/  but my newly update MN's aren't on there (guessing as a result of the above) Any other way check they are active/open etc?



Yup. On the VPS do

./dashd masternode list | grep xx.xx.xx.xx

If it returns your IP with : "ENABLED", you're gold. If not, there is a problem.
