That can be done if you include the image url with an attribute in the body tag of index.php file which can be found on templetes -> default

Well i don't think he deserve to study the whole Basic HTML to write that simple code
To write such code you only need basic knowledge of HTML.

And somewhere today i will write that code including every steps to change the Background. Its easy so no need to keep asking about it again and again
