Yeah I dont really have that much. So it will take 7 days from what it says. So I guess unless I get alot more which I plan to I will need to keep the wallet open for a week to benefit. Or is that really necessary? Also inorder to get more connections I will need to change settings in my router I see.

I have no idea about your wallet weight. But if you want to get benefit from staking LDoge, at current price, 3-4sats, you should get 15-20 million, create 30-40 addresses and transfer to each address 500k-1m and open wallet 24/7. Maybe you will earn 300-500k/day.
