However, I'm selling the equipment only along with the hosting contract (was already paid by me). The price is more than fair.

Regarding HashPlex;
HashPlex provides a control panel in which you may always use your pool of choice and restart the miners if required, HashPlex I believe is a very good hosting company with a very helpful support.
