What happened::
I did the Mistake wanting to buy BTC fast with PayPal so i have trusted that seller discussed about a Rate and agreed upon. I have send that guy the payment and never got something.
I opened a case at PayPal and those Guys rejected the Claim in Spreadbit's Favor stating that it was an intangible item so i had to swallow the Pill.
After doing some Background checks trying to reach the Guy on the Phone i made a 15 minute call to the PayPal offices in my country and they started an investigation.
Spreadbit had in the last 2 months over 20 claims that he had won.
I told the operator that his Profile and several of his Posts here on the Forum stated that he was from India, yet the person i send the Money to made an PayPal account under the Name Timothy White of Arlington Virginia
.
Some Hours later PayPal closed his Accounts froze his assets and refunded me.
I am doing this Post mainly to promote the Fact that he is a Scammer and i hope that some of the scammed People will see this !! If you are one of Spreadbit's Victims contact PayPal tell them my Story and demand a Refund !
