The discussion above highlights that Drak has decided that the Clearing House funds (1M VIA) are no longer to fund future development of Clearing House rather they will now be used to further VIA initiatives.
Clearing house IS VIA! VIA IS Clearing house. Developing Via/Clearing house is essentially the same thing.

wtf? If you've posed the response in the tread before, how much more effort is it to post it again rather than posting "I've already answered that previously." How about this,
create a FAQ! Since this is certainly a frequently asked question. Answer it with cites from the original ANN tread, the blog, the XCH threads, whatever. If you really want to know how to "advance" Via I think this would be a HUGE step one... because this crap isn't going to stop until it is clearly answered. I'm sure you know the question, so I'm not going to bother asking it again. (hey, that sounds familiar.)
