What I can say about the "unlucky pool" theory is that I bought my contracts when bitcoin was pretty low compared to the range it's been trading in for the last month or so, but not to far below 240 if it falls below that. I attribute some of my success to the fact that I came in at a good time. My payouts are going up and I'm not doing anything. Did you buy above or below the current USD exchange rate?
I bought some contracts when it was below and some other when it was above, but I merged them all together.. I contacted support and it confirmed performance issues just on few contracts.. I hoped the problem had been solved, but it wasn't 'cause my contract keeps closing the week far below estimations.. I will see on Monday but I don't think it will get better.
