Yes of course, yesterday I have requeste the "plastic card" from their site. It costs only 4.99 $ and I have choose the "free shipping" option because the fast costs 99$ . When the card will arrive I will try to make a purchase on a physical store, link it to my paypal account and finally make a purchase on an online store.
