I can repeat: percents counting is not working properly NOW. And you can see 99.99% instead of your real percents.
It means, that today you have, for example, 2.14%, tomorrow you will have 2,71% (for example) etc.
But in your page you always will see 99.99%

I will repair the percent indication soon, maybe after couple of weeks. After all will be done, you will see that system works and your real percents. Thanks for an awaiting, guys.
