I totally agree with @waterpile and @niktitan132 there is no chance someone to lend you even 0.01 without a collateral except if will considered it as a donation...anyway you intentions doesn't sound good as your first post was here for asking a loan of 0.2 without a collateral so this is a serious reason for someone to point you as a possible scam..anyway use BTCjam if your intension is really to get a loan and pay it back they dont want collateral there..
